Hitech Assets participates in R2 Certification Seminar

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – (March 31, 2011): HiTech Assets Inc. President, Lane Epperson will be a featured speaker at the 2011 Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) Convention and Exposition in Los Angeles, California.

The ISRI Convention is the premier annual event for some 5000 scrap recycling industry professionals who will be networking with peers, attending workshops and exhibits, obtaining insights on future legislation and upcoming trends in the recycling industry. Epperson will is one of the speakers conducting a workshop entitled “Fine Tuning for R2/RIOS Certification” where he will be providing insights into the ISRI Electronics Recyclers Certification Program and sharing “lessons learned” from HiTech’s R2/RIOS certification activities that concluded successfully last fall. RIOS and R2 implementation and certification are accelerating throughout the industry as companies pursue operational excellence and Epperson hopes to encourage and share his experience and industry best practices to help others obtain their certifications. The ISRI Convention and Exposition is being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center April 5 – 9^th, 2011.
